Position Title: Sr. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer
Location: Kolkata/Durgapur
Shift Timing: 12noon to 9pm

Job Description:

With the launch of our Global Cloud Marketplace, Ingram Micro Cloud is changing how business is done in the Cloud. We are a master cloud service provider (mCSP), who empowers organizations to configure provision and manage cloud technologies with confidence and ease.

We are looking for an experience CRM Developer to join our growing Cloud Services group and work on development and extending of our existing MS Dynamics CRM Online environment.

You Must Have:
  • A career focused on CRM Development with hands on experience in CRM Development of at least 3 years.
  • Experience in developing Dynamics CRM reports in SSRS and FetchXML for Dynamic CRM Online or Dynamics CRM on-prem
  • Experience in Dynamics CRM customization/plugins/workflow development/javascript development for MS Dynamics CRM, ideally for CRM 2013 or 2015/16 (2 years or more)
  • Experience with Scribe Insight, Docusign, Web Services SOAP and REST Dynamics API’s
  • Design, document, build, test and enhance custom entities, forms, layouts, workflows, and  processes in Dynamics CRM
  • Technical Design Documentation 
  • Ensure that ITIL processes are properly implemented
  • Maintain the documentation for any customizations made in Dynamics CRM
  • Import and export data
  • Review data on a regular basis to ensure data integrity
  • Provide support and guidance to end users as well as supervisors and trainers
  • Communicate with other departments and key players to understand their reporting requirements and build reports as needed
  • Work in a fast paced environment with aggressive deadlines
  • Oversee translation efforts for international partners
  • 3+ years Development experience with Dynamics CRM, Dynamics CRM Online is preferred
  • Good knowledge of CSS, HTML and Javascript
  • 3+ years of experience in MS SQL and FetchXML
  • Experience with .NET and C# is an important asset
  • CRM Solution Development using CRM SDK 2016 (Plugin, Javascript, .NET Apps)
  • CRM Report Development using SSRS / Power BI
  • CRM Data Integration / Data Migration using Scribe Insight, SSIS
  • Knowledge of Dynamics CRM API’s SOAP and ReST
  • Experience working with Customer Support teams and ITSM solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of ITIL processes, preferably ITIL certified.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to lead/facilitate client meetings, workshops, etc.
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with good percentages (50% and above) in class 10th, 12th & graduation.
